Dr Ayaz Aslam
MBBS, FRACGP, Diploma in Child Health (DCH), Dipolma in Aesthetic Medicine and ECFMG (USA)
Dr Ayaz Aslam is an experienced General Practitioner with qualifications including MBBS, FRACGP, Diploma in Child Health (DCH), Dipolma Aesthetic Medicine and ECFMG (USA) Certification. He has been practising medicine in the local community for more than a decade and is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
Dr Aslam has broad experience across general practice, with particular interests in skin cancer medicine and surgery, GP dermatology, paediatrics, chronic disease management, men’s and women’s health, and preventive medicine. He has a strong focus on early detection, prevention and working collaboratively with patients to manage both acute and long-term health concerns.
He has also undertaken further training in aesthetic medicine, complementing his interests in skin health and dermatology.
Dr Aslam values continuity of care and enjoys building long-term relationships with his patients and their families. Having served the local community for more than ten years, he looks forward to continuing to provide accessible, comprehensive and high-quality general practice care at Riverlea Medical Hub.
Dr Jibran Siddque
MBBS, FRACGP, Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine
Dr Jibran Siddique is an experienced General Practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, having worked in Australian General Practice since 2014.
He enjoys the breadth of General Practice and has particular interests in chronic disease management, men’s health, mental health, preventative medicine, skin conditions and minor surgical procedures. He values developing long-term relationships with patients and takes a practical, evidence-based and individualised approach to healthcare.
Dr Siddique also holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and works in the Medical Aesthetics industry, with an interest in skin health and procedural medicine.
He is passionate about providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare to individuals and families and developing long-term relationships with the communities he serves.
Outside medicine, Jibran enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and exploring new places and cultures.
Dr Sarah Naseem
MBBS, Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine
Dr Sarah Naseem is a dedicated General Practitioner with a strong interest in women’s health and providing comprehensive care to women through all stages of life. Her areas of interest include antenatal care, reproductive health, contraception, perimenopause and menopause management.
Dr Naseem is one of a small number of practitioners to have undertaken certification through Healthy Hormones, further developing her expertise in the assessment and management of hormonal health, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.
She also provides Mirena® (IUD) and Implanon NXT® insertion and removal, offering patients continuity of care from contraceptive counselling through to the procedure and follow-up.
Alongside General Practice, Dr Naseem works in the Medical Aesthetics industry and holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, combining her medical background with an interest in skin health, healthy ageing and evidence-based aesthetic medicine.
Outside medicine, Sarah is a mother of two daughters and enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and reading in her spare time.
Dr Mehreen Syed
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Mehreen Syed graduated from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Before moving to South Australia to undertake General Practice training, she gained broad clinical experience working across a range of rural and metropolitan hospitals in Victoria and New South Wales.
Her hospital experience across different clinical settings has helped shape a comprehensive and patient-centred approach to General Practice. Dr Syed particularly enjoys caring for children, adolescents and families and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare.
